Katie has battled depression & anxiety since age 14. She prefers to say “battle” instead of “suffers from” because depression and anxiety hit, but Katie hits back.
Katie is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is dedicated to demystifying mental health. She is currently getting her Masters in Social Work and works at a mental health crisis center to inspire people to love themselves & feel empowered.”
